Mission: Ensure all oral presentations and answers to evaluation board questions possess a winning edge in both substance and form, and comply with the RFP. All questions eventually posed in orals will be forecasted and addressed first in Communication Counsel of America’s Orals Development Process. Goal: no surprises in orals!
Significant Work: Since 1983, our consultants have prepared teams for "orals" sponsored by US DOE, DOD, NASA, state environmental agencies and industry. Our step-by-step process has paid off big for our clients who have won $26b in contract awards to date.
Research: Understand the competition, the client's strategy, team and company strengths and weaknesses, potential evaluation board issues, and the RFP, before beginning the development process.
Level of Effort: Normally three, 3.0-day sessions focusing solely on the client's strategy, proposal, evaluation board issues, and team. In many cases, additional private coaching is provided.
