RICH MCCOLLUM Consultant
Rich McCollum is a career communication professional with specialized experience in issues related to highly visible civil litigation and public utility hearings. As a practicing jury consultant, he has worked on “bet the company” litigation in matters ranging from pharmaceutical product liability to securities fraud to toxic torts. Mr. McCollum has personally advised attorneys on witness development, case themes and jury adaptation in some of the nation’s largest lawsuits. In addition to jury trials, he has counseled clients on arbitration proceedings, public hearings and government investigations. At CCA he will specialize in matters with implications for litigation, utility rates and pharmaceutical issues. Mr. McCollum holds a degree in Speech/Rhetoric from Kansas State University where he was a national intercollegiate policy debate champion.
