NANCIE L. POPPEMA President and CEO
Nancie Poppema is one of CCA’s chief strategists for high-risk situations. Her experience ranges from Congressional hearings to stakeholder interactions to civil/regulatory litigation. She is also fully experienced in all facets of CCA’s issue-oriented communication skill labs. Ms. Poppema joined CCA in 1986 armed with fourteen years experience as a skilled and perceptive executive speech coach, speech writer, and issues specialist for technically-oriented firms. She holds a B.S. in Rhetorical Strategy and Debate and an M.A. in Oral Communication (Ball State and Arizona State University). Poppema’s strategic expertise is invaluable in preparing executives and technical personnel for high-risk situations including Congressional investigations, crisis readiness, media interviews, public meetings, contract "orals," FDA drug approvals, litigation, and issue resolution.
