ED WEPPRECHT Senior Consultant
Mr. Wepprecht is an engineer and patent attorney with a knack for communication strategies involving technical, scientific, and financial issues. Much of his command of technical and scientific issues is drawn from early career experience as an engineer for General Electric’s defense systems and patent litigation for the defense contractor. Later, Wepprecht’s interest turned to marketing and sales when he joined Lucent Technologies to lead marketing and sales teams responsible for client software solutions. This work, plus experience with start-up technology companies, provided Wepprecht with a strong conviction for which communication strategies work, and which ones don’t. He also prepares witnesses for cross-examination, pharmaceutical and medical device researchers for health authority interactions, and provides stakeholder communication services to clients. Mr. Wepprecht holds a baccalaureate degree in Industrial Engineering (BIE) from the University of Dayton and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Brooklyn Law School.
