Floppy’s Mouse Club offers the best early childhood technology education in Texas. While providing an excellent value for parents, our programs expand the services provided by your Center and increase your opportunity to boost enrollment and improve Center revenues.
Our classes surpass the guidelines and requirements as set forth by the Texas Education Agency. We offer well-rounded classes that introduce kids to basic terminology, computer etiquette, keyboarding, with an age appropriate focus. Floppy’s Mouse Club is the only Texas-based early childhood technology learning program to provide a copyrighted curriculum, based on the high TEA standards set forth for Texas children. We have prepared literally tens of thousands of children for first grade — confident and proud of their technology skills and computer mastery.
We guarantee four 30 minute classes per month or one 30 minute class per week. Years of experience have revealed this to be the most fruitful and productive introduction to early childhood technology learning, without over saturation. Kids love our classes and always look forward to Computer Day. Our classes run through the standard school year and continue over the summer months. While many extra-curricular programs end come the summer months, we in fact expand our offerings during the summer to include school-aged children and special “summer fun” projects.
Nothing could be easier for your Center than to offer Floppy’s Mouse Club classes. It’s effortless! Our company supplies a teacher, computer, curriculum, and any other materials necessary to conduct classes. The Center is not responsible for tuition collection. We do not require contracts and we do not require a minimum number of children. If one child signs up, we show up to teach. The only thing Mouse Club needs from the Center is one 110v electrical outlet.
Our most popular program is the parent-pay option. That means that our classes are offered as an extra-curricular activity. ?Classes are $34/month for four classes.? Our next option is the tuition- based program. This is geared for the Center that wants to instruct all of their kids or all of a particular age group, all of the 3’s and 4’s or all of the 4’s and 5’s for instance. For this, some Centers opt to increase their tuition to include Mouse Club tuition and the Center writes a single check to Mouse Club. In this case, tuition-based programs are discounted and are customized to meet the individual Center’s needs. Our instructors are available by the hour as well.
