Issue Research

CCA consultants thrive on issues. Understanding what you are working to accomplish and what troublesome issues stand in the way drives our strategic counsel and also our coaching in communication labs. Normally we spend 2-4 days of on-site issues research, before we offer any advice or conduct a communication lab. Our aim is to know your priority issues as well or better than your people do.

Issue-Oriented Communication Labs

CCA labs totally immerse your team in the issues and the accomplishment of your organization's communication objectives.

Normally 3.0 days in length, sessions are built on CCA's core communication skills which include our proprietary Question and Answer System, Issue Resolution Process, formulas for message construction, and many others.

Learning is accomplished by doing. Lab participants work extensively with your messages and issues in professionally coached, on-camera practice sessions. The last day of each session is devoted to a full simulation of the next communication challenge your people will face.

Event-Driven Preparation

CCA consultants are well known for their experience in preparing individuals and teams for challenging events including federal and state hearings/investigations, presentations to the FDA and European health authorities, civil litigation, and crisis situations – just to name a few.

Our intense preparatory process includes:
